The company was Incorporated in Nigeria in September 2006 as Zenith Agro ethanol Nigeria Ltd and filed in the United States of America, USA as Zenith International LLC, Kentucky USA in 2008   to render consultancy services, assist  and  support  bioenergy (biodiesel, bioethanol, biomass, biogas) industry development within and outside Nigeria in the area of Production, Business plan, Feasibility study, training, Risk management, Marketing, Plant start-up Operation in beverage, aviation, fuel and industrial ethanol grades and biodiesel and other legal or legitimate businesses in accordance to the company’s Memorandum of Association in compliance with the applicable Laws of Federal Republic of Nigeria and the United States of America.

Services And Core Competencies

The nature of the company’s consultancy services is strictly and exclusively on the bioethanol, biodiesel, biomass and biogas.   The company operates the consultancy job with staff strength of 6 university graduates of relevant and applicable qualifications and offers business advice to prospective biofuels business investors on the politics and choice of feedstock for biofuels production within and outside Nigeria.

Competencies


The nature of the company’s consultancy services is strictly and exclusively on the bioethanol, biodiesel, biomass and biogas.  

The core competencies include the following:

  • Prepare technical documents (e.g Sensitivity analysis on water requirement, availability and sustainability) for biofuels plant operations.
  • Operate, manage and assist in the process design of a biodiesel and bioethanol plant
  • Provide relevant technical advisory and industrial information services to prospective industrial entrepreneurs on beverage, industrial, fuel and aviation grades of ethanol.
  • Generate market information for biofuels producers and sellers for decision making process.
  • Conduct training on the possible hazard and safety requirements in a biofuels plant.
  • Carry out QA test specifications on ethanol from agricultural origin in line with EEC and Nigerian (SON) Standards on ethanol.
  • Conduct start-up training for operators in a current and future ethanol plant.
  • Community based feedstock  assessment for ethanol production.
  • Documentation of  Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for ethanol plant operations
  • Documentation of pre-feasibility and full scope feasibility study, business plan, sensitivity analysis of a small/medium/large scale ethanol business enterprise in Nigeria.
  • Monitor and assess environmental impacts of a biofuels plant to community where the plant is situated.
  • Assist in documentation of considerations for locating a biofuels plant in Nigeria (e.g. Feedstock, Energy, Water, Community, Market, Safety, etc).
  • Supervise farmers and farming of ethanol feedstock.
  • Train staff for the ethical practices of OSHAS in biofuels plant.
  • Identify strategies for continuous improvement in biofuels production processes.
  • Advise biofuels producers on the locally available agricultural feedstock for ethanol production.
  • Identify biofuels process technology applicable to an area or proposed ethanol site.
  • Assist in general biofuels plant management, Housekeeping, and GMP.
  • Water Training for biofuels staff.
  • Documentation of plant Job Descriptions, Plant organograms.
  • Corrective action during Troubleshooting in a biofuels Plant.
  • Organize and plan National and International Conferences, Workshop and meetings on Biofuels. Coordinate oversea training on biofuels for interested Nigerians and 1yr internship for University students who wish to pursue career in Biofuels.

  • Start-up and shutdown Training for ethanol plant technical staff.

Olaoluwa Toyin Bamikole

CEO and Principal Biofuels Consultant 

Mr. Olaoluwa Toyin Bamikole is well acclaimed as Nigerian foremost bioenergy (biodiesel, bioethanol, biomass and biogas) Expert. He graduated from a Nigerian University with BSc and MSc industrial Chemistry in 1987 and1999 respectively and later obtained an MBA degree in operation & general Management. After 6 years in the soft drink industry he joined the Ethanol Industry in Nigeria in 1993. He was the First Quality Assurance Manager and later, the First R & D Manager of Nigerian Yeast and Alcohol Manufacturing (NIYAMCO) PLC. Bacita, Nigeria. Niyamco is the first ethanol factory in Nigeria since 1974.  He led the team that investigated the successful research on the alternative feed stock to cane molasses for ethanol production on a commercial scale in NIYAMCO in 1995.
